Co-Founder

About Me: Hey there, I'm Tre. My football story kicked off when I was just 6, diving headfirst into the competitive vibe of the sport with every run, tackle, and score. For me, football was way more than just a game. It was about pushing for greatness, learning the value of teamwork, and constantly working on being a better version of myself.

But as I climbed up the ranks and hit the college level, I hit a bit of a snag. The fire and drive that used to fuel my love for football started to fade. It wasn't the tough workouts or the competitive edge that got to me; it was the mental and emotional grind that comes with playing sports at a high level. Taking some time to reflect, I realized just how huge a role our mental state plays in our achievements, both on the field and off, and the toll football had taken on mine.

My Why: My mission is pretty straightforward but super important: I believe in a well-rounded approach to self-improvement, where mental toughness is just as important as physical strength. What we're doing is simple but impactful: making sure every young athlete gets the chance to build a strong mindset. I'm convinced that to really excel in anything that matters, you've got to understand and look after your mental health. By connecting young athletes with top-notch mental performance coaches and sports psychologists, my goal is to build a space where mental strength is seen as key to success.

But this mission of mine isn't just about winning games. It's about creating a space where young athletes can grow, learn, and develop a lasting love for their sport that's both fulfilling and sustainable.

Vooha Vellanki

Co-Founder

About Me: Hello! I’m Vooha, and my journey with tennis began at the tender age of 10. For years, I devoted myself to the sport, competing at high levels and dedicating countless hours to mastering the game.

Chasing perfection in tennis really took its toll. The constant pressure to be at the top and the intense competition started messing with my head. Anxiety and stress became my unwanted plus-ones, dimming the excitement I used to find in the game. Things got really tough in college, to the point where I burned out and had to step back from competitive tennis earlier than expected. That period was tough, but it opened my eyes to something huge: the importance of mental health in sports. It's a topic that doesn't get as much attention as it should, often overshadowed by how fit you are or how well you play.

My Why: My experiences as a junior athlete, grappling with anxiety and burnout, laid the foundation for my current mission: to support young athletes in navigating the mental challenges of competitive sports. I am committed to connecting junior athletes with mental performance coaches and sports psychologists who can provide the guidance, strategies, and support needed to foster a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling sports journey. My vision is to create a world where young athletes can pursue their passion, equipped with the mental tools to thrive both on and off the court.

This is more than a service for me; it’s a movement towards nurturing well-rounded, mentally resilient young adults who are prepared for the challenges of competitive sports and life beyond.
